EFEKTIFITAS JUS SEMANGKA DAN JUS MENTIMUN TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH LANSIA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI

Hypertension is one of the biggest health problems faced in world. The purpose this study was to determine effectiveness watermelon juice and cucumber on reducing blood pressure elderly with hypertension. research method uses a quasi-experimental design two group pre-post test design. This conducted at Sidomulyo Inpatient Health Center, Pekanbaru total 20 respondents. Data analysis used dependent t test. results showed that average before after consuming 147.62/90.78 mmHg 144.16/89.54 mmHg. Meanwhile, 148.68/91.52 145.24/91.52 There significant effect changes hypertension p-value 0.000.
